Today, I will go a little bit more in depth on Mikome.
As of today, her sprite is almost complete. Mikome will be a harp-user, with the sole purpose of keeping the party alive. She will have a small variety of powerful healing spells, and a wide variety of enhancements to the party.
Her MP-replacement is not yet finalized, but will be soon.
Mikome is the protagonist of Jade Elegy. She is an extremely likable character, despite being the most unpopular girl in her school. Up until her arrival in Lennea, Mikome is the worst enemy of Taka, and vice versa. In Lennea, they must work together to return home.
Mikome uses the harp as her main weapon, and cannot buy new harps, due to storyline reasons.
But honestly, Mikome will never need a new weapon to become more effective, as long as you keep her spells up to date, and her traits refurbished. Though, I never mentioned those systems yet. Oh well, free update tomorrow.
Mikome is the complete first person of this game. This meaning, the game will NEVER leave her point of view. A bard-healer isn't something too common in games, so we of the Jade Elegy team are hoping highly for a unique system for her.
Yeah, small update tomorrow, but they'll get bigger.
